TEAM UP 2026 Conference

Join us for TEAM UP 2026 Conference — Together Everyone Achieves More!

This is a Parent and Youth Conference designed to empower, connect, and support families of children and youth with disabilities. Hosted by Partners Resource Network’s TEAM Project, this exciting event will bring together parents, caregivers, youth, self-advocates, educators, and community partners from TEAM Project Regions 1, 10, and 13, including the Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Austin areas.

Participants will enjoy engaging general sessions and breakout sessions focused on topics relevant to children and youth with disabilities, including education, transition services, self-advocacy, community resources, leadership, and family support. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore a community resource fair featuring organizations and services that support individuals with disabilities and their families. TEAM UP 2026 is a unique opportunity to learn, share experiences, build connections, and strengthen support networks across our communities. We invite parents and youth from across Texas to come together for a day of collaboration, empowerment, and inspiration — because together, everyone achieves more!
