Camp Ability: Austin

We are excited to invite you and your child to participate in Camp Ability 2026! This free and unique summer camp provides an opportunity for campers and Team Captains to build self-advocacy skills, increase independence, and develop meaningful friendships and peer support networks.

This special 3-day event is designed for youth self-advocates with disabilities between the ages of 14 and 26. While we value and appreciate parent involvement, we also strive to create a supportive environment where young adults can independently engage in activities, build confidence, and strengthen life skills.

Parents may volunteer and assist only if their young adult requires one-on-one support. Our goal is to encourage each participant to develop as much independence and self-reliance as possible while enjoying a fun, engaging, and supportive camp experience.
