Empowered Families Conference: Navigating the Journey Together

Join us for a day of helpful information, practical strategies, and real conversations designed for families and professionals supporting children and youth with disabilities. Sessions will cover behavior prevention using the BRAVE Framework, responding safely when a mental health crisis occurs, behavioral health and special education, and strategies for supporting children across different disabilities at home and school.
A special youth panel will give attendees the opportunity to hear directly from youth as they share their experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals. Bring your questions and gain valuable insight from the young people whose voices matter most!
