High Quality Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Join us as we talk about High Quality Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
This module details the process of developing high-quality IEPs following the requirements for IEPs as outlined in IDEA, with implications of the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Endrew F. case. We will focus on how a high-quality IEP is developed around the unique needs of each student, the elements of a high-quality PLAAFP statement, and how to develop challenging, ambitious, and measurable goals. We will also discuss the importance of documenting a student’s progress toward meeting his or her IEP goals and the school’s reporting of that progress to parents.
