Join Partners Resource Network’s PEN Project and SHARE for the Joy in the Journey Special Needs Conference & Resource Fair in Midland, Texas!
This free conference is designed for parents and caregivers of children and adults with disabilities, self-advocates, educators, professionals, and community members who want to learn, connect, and find resources to support individuals with disabilities and their families.
Throughout the day, attendees will have opportunities to hear from knowledgeable presenters, explore important topics affecting individuals with disabilities across the lifespan, connect with local and statewide organizations, and discover community resources.
Whether you are navigating special education services, preparing for adulthood, looking for community supports, or simply wanting to connect with others who understand the journey, we hope you will join us.

Conference Stipends
