This free community event is an opportunity to learn, connect, and discover resources that can support children and youth with disabilities throughout their journey—from early childhood through the transition to adulthood. Families and youth will have the opportunity to connect with community organizations, learn from professionals and other families, and discover resources that can help them feel more informed, empowered, and connected.
Event Highlights:
- Youth Panel: Hear directly from youth and young adults with disabilities as they share their experiences, perspectives, and advice
- Community Resource Fair: Meet exhibitors and connect with organizations offering resources, services, and support for individuals with disabilities and their families
- Breakout Sessions: Learn about important topics, from Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and special education to transition planning, post-secondary education, employment, and adult services
- Family Networking: Connect with other families, share experiences, and build relationships within a supportive community
- Youth Connections: Encourage youth to meet other self-advocates, explore opportunities, and learn about resources available to them
Whether you are looking for information, resources, guidance, or connections, this event is a place for families and youth to come together, ask questions, discover possibilities, and build a stronger path toward inclusion.
Come learn. Come connect. Come discover your pathway to inclusion!
