New guidance released recently from the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) helps public elementary and secondary schools fulfill their responsibilities to meet the needs of students with disabilities and avoid the discriminatory use of student discipline. New Public Health Guidance from the Texas Education Agency (TEA)

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) released a new guidance document on August 5, 2021, title "Public Health Guidance". This guidance addresses: on-campus instruction, non-UIL extracurricular sports and activities, and any other activities that students must complete.
